One of the best things about elopements and adventurous weddings is that nothing is a crazy idea. Want to hike in your hiking gear and get your dress dirty? Why not? Want to explore a waterfall? My approach to documenting your day is capturing all of the main moments along with everything in between. I'll be capturing everything in a documentary way, from the way you lace up your hiking boots with your wedding dress to saying heartfelt vows to each other, to celebrating with smores by a fire at the end of the night. You'll have the freedom to enjoy your day without worrying about smiling and posing for photos, it will all come naturally.

Customized Location Suggestions - I'll suggest locations and hikes that are in your comfort zone. If you only want to hike 2 miles total or if you don't want to hike at all, I'll research and find all the best places that will accommodate your needs and wants.

Permit Information - Permits make your marriage legal at the specific location of your ceremony and they allow us to take stunning photos at breathtaking places. I've done this dozens of times with my couples, so I'll take care of filling out the required special use and/or photography permits for you.

Activity Ideas - Since most of my couples travel from out of state, I'll find all of the available activities in the area that you can choose from to make your day an adventurous, memorable and meaningful experience that you will never forget.

What do I need to book a date with you?
After inquiry, I like to set up a video call to get to know you and more about your day! Once we're on the call, we will discuss a date and location. If these are decided on the call you'll be all set to sign my contract and pay a retainer to reserve your date!
How far in advance do I need to book?
Really any amount of time! I've booked elopements with only 2 months to plan, and I've also booked elopements 12+ months out! That's what's awesome about elopements is that they are a lot more flexible. It's typically best to book 6+ months out. This gives you time to really plan and invest in what matters to you! More time to plan equals less stress.
Do we have to hike for our elopement?
Nope, hiking is not required for your day to be considered an elopement. Lots of gorgeous outdoor areas are accessible by many other ways like driving right up to it, off-roading, riding in a helicopter, etc. I can help you find a spot if you need it to be easy access!
Do we need to know a location before reaching out to you?
Not at all! If you have no idea where you would like to elope yet, I can definitely help you pick out some areas that might be of interest to you based off of what your interests are and what your vision is for your elopement day.
Are you available to travel?
Yes! I am willing to travel to you! I am based in North Idaho, but will travel to anywhere in the Pacific Northwest or Rocky Mountain region and worldwide to capture your day. My packages have travel included and I am interested in exploring more areas for your elopement!
